On the 203rd General Synod assembly of the Reformed Church in America, 4 members of the Iglesia Reformada Dominicana “IRD” or “Dominican Reformed Church” were invited to partake in that historical event and on June 5, 2009, the most important moment for the Iglesia Reformada Dominicana became a reality.  

The RCA and the IRD signed the Covenant of Partnership for both denominations. After many years of working together in developing and importing RCA’s System into the Dominican Republic, based on:

Structure of the RCA
Confessions of the RCA
Government System of the RCA “Presbyterian government”

The public signing of the document became a reality. The coaching team for the IRD in the RCA integrated by:

And the four delegates of the IRD:

Both groups and Rev. Bruce Menning “former director of Global Mission & former director of IRD’s coaching team” were present at this very important moment. The document was signed by:
